  • Can I buy from a retailer?

Yes please see our list of authorised stockists.  We would advise to contact them first to check that the item you want is in stock before visiting.

  • If I am ordering as a present, is it possible for the order to be sent to an address other than the billing address?

Of Course! At checkout it will ask you initially for your delivery address,  when you get through to the payment stage of checkout it will ask if your billing is the same as delivery,   please ensure you change your billing to the correct address or your order will not process.

  • Can I request to return a product online?

Help with my Bug

  • Why do the handlebars on my Scramblebug not click securely into place?

It can take a bit more pressure to click the handlebars into place than some people expect. The best way is to line the handlebars up into the correct position and give each one a sharp slap on the top. This should lock the push-pins down into the socket. Please be careful not to injure yourself when doing this.

  • How do I unfold the handles on my Scootiebug?

The handles can be stiff the first couple of times and it helps for someone to hold the base while the catch is slid up and the handlebars unfolded.
