Hello, We ordered the second one thinking the first one is faulty and really really struggling to unfold it. I feel like if I apply even more force it will break. Please can you share a video how to unfold a brand new scootie? Thanks A concerned parent

It can be stiff to slide the catch the first couple of times but after that it should ease up. I will email a video video of my colleague lifting the handlebars into place. She has advised that the first couple of times it is easier if someone else holds the scooter in place while this is done. When folding the handle back down it helps for the scooter the be on the ground and gently anchored with your foot before sliding the catch.
